As a Data Analyst, you’ll be working in a collaborative team of account managers and engineers to enable and support new clients. Candidates must have experience with client relations and possess strong IT competencies. This role will assume direct communication with clients, requirements and data analysis and support during the adoption of EduNav’s products. This role requires strong communication and comprehension skills, understanding business process workflows, and SaaS products fundamentals. In addition, candidates must demonstrate critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a team and under limited supervision is a must.

Responsibilities

  • Taking part in managing relationships with the client
  • Establishing and maintaining internal communication
  • Developing and executing and tracking detailed plans of client enablement and turn up
  • Assisting with client meetings and materials preparation
  • Tracking issues raised by customers and support their resolution on-time and in line with client expectations
  • Using appropriate verification techniques to manage schedule changes
  • Measuring performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques
  • Reporting and escalating to management customer satisfaction risks
  • Creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation
  • Analyzing of complex client’s data structures
  • Overseeing product configuration per client’s needs

Requirements

  • Bachelor or Master’s degree, preferably in the fields of computer science, engineering, or economics
  • Fluent English (advanced or upper intermediate level)
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Great attention to detail and time management skills
  • Good understanding of software development process and SaaS is preferred
