COVID-19 Update: Doing Our Part

We would like to offer our condolences to all those affected by the coronavirus—both in the higher education community and beyond. In times such as these, we are reminded of the importance of community, compassion, and solidarity. EduNav takes its role in the response efforts seriously and I want to share what we’re doing as a company.

Keeping our employees and communities healthy and safe is our top priority. To do so, we are moving appointments to remote web meetings. Our employees have been advised to stay informed through the Center for Disease Control and the World Health Organization and seek medical attention if necessary.

Despite this pandemic, EduNav is still deeply committed to providing optimal customer service, especially for campuses experiencing disruptions due to the virus. As our clients face campus closures, our team is reaching out to lend additional support and provide resources to maintain quality academic advising.
